I got myself a used Roland keyboard from the internet, and you know how it is—always a bit anxious about the state it's in and whether it’ll make it through shipping. Turns out, I had no reason to fret. It was packed really well, showed up the very next day, and was in excellent shape. I can't recommend it enough!

I popped in for a little window shopping, you know how it goes after browsing their site. The guitar I had my eye on was snatched up just a couple of hours before I arrived (classic me). So, after settling for a 'quick look,' I came across a stunning guitar. The staff were super friendly 😉, so I decided to give it a quick play, and now my wallet is feeling pretty light. The guitar I’m talking about? A Blade RH4 Classic in honey. The team answered all my questions and were incredibly helpful with their advice. Big shoutout to Conan, Gordon, and Drew for making my shopping experience so enjoyable, even with a bit of chaos in the background 🤪.

I walked in to grab a bass guitar, hoping Kenny’s music would honor their price match guarantee (like they said on their site). But instead, I was informed they couldn’t match PMT’s price and offered me a tag that was £125 higher. That’s not cool for business; when you promise a price match, you ought to follow through. They’ve missed out on a future customer and left me pretty disappointed since I’d rather back local shops. Steer clear if you’re counting on a price match.

This was my first go with Kennys, Glasgow, and I gotta say, I was really impressed. After a bit of a slow start, they got everything sorted out quickly. Plus, I scored a couple of free t-shirts and XLR leads, which was a nice touch. They also gave me solid advice on the setup and the prices were pretty decent. 'Big Ali' really knew his stuff. Now, I just need to make sure I sound as good as this gear looks!

Fantastic customer support. Big shoutout to John (the American guy at the Glasgow store) who patiently answered all my queries over the phone and truly went above and beyond to get me the best deal. My brand new 'Epiphone SG Standard' arrived double-packed (they really took care to protect it by placing its original box inside a bigger empty box from another guitar) - I’d totally recommend them. In 2021, I got myself a guitar from Kenny’s Music through their website since they had the one I was after. My local shop didn’t have it, but they had it in Glasgow.

The online ordering was straightforward, and the guitar arrived on time and in great shape.
